The check in process was easy, the front desk staff was very helpful. Room smells clean, and appears clean as well. Bed is quite comfortable, tv works, and so does the wifi. For the money, I'm not sure how folks can complain. My only suggestions would be, put a small shelf in the bathroom near the sink to hold your bathroom stuff, and make the dead bolt lockable. Thanks for a great stay.

We booked this place last minute on Thanksgiving while driving through - decided we wanted to experience Hershey and continue on in the morning. It was about $50 which was a great price for Thanksgiving night. The woman at the desk was super friendly, gave us some quick history about the place and got us checked in fast before we ran off to see what we could do in the area. It's a motel vibe which we actually said the next day we preferred over a big name hotel. Our room had 2 queen beds - spacious for the two of us. TV, microwave, mini fridge etc. The bathroom was updated too. I saw a review that said there were no shelves in the showers but ours had 3 shelves so just FYI. We were on the first floor and the people above us sounded like they were rearranging furniture until 5 am but we eventually popped earbuds in. Parking was easy - right outside our door. It was cold but there were patio chairs and a table outside with an ashtray. Super clean, cool old historic building, beds were comfortable. We bring our own pillows and blankets cause we never know what we're going to walk into but this was a great stay.

This motel is downtown Hershey and was a great location. The clerk in the office was polite, nice and ready to assist us with anything. The only drawback was the shower pressure was weak. We will be back again!

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel’s location couldn’t be more convenient, just minutes from Hershey Park and surrounded by plenty of great dining options. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, which made the experience even better. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The only downside was some noise near Room 4 throughout the night, almost like people were coming and going, which made it a bit hard to sleep. Other than that, it was a great experience and I’d still recommend it for anyone visiting the area!

The staff was very nice! The bed was very comfortable. The location was great! I have a few suggestions to make it more visitor friendly: the shower had no little shelves to hold my shampoo & body wash so I had to put them on the floor of the shower. A very small corner table in the bathroom to hold a toiletries bag (I had to set it on the back of the toilet which had other items sitting there). On a plus side. The room had a microwave & mini fridge! Overall, I would stay here again.

The motel was ideally located near a vibrant selection of restaurants, making it easy to explore local cuisine. Despite its older exterior, the building offered comfortable accommodations that were satisfactory for our needs. However, I did encounter a couple of issues during my stay. Firstly, there was a scarcity of electrical outlets for charging our devices. The few available outlets were connected to the main power switch, which required that all the lights remain on in order to use them—an inconvenience that disrupted the otherwise cozy atmosphere. Secondly, the beds were incredibly firm, resembling slabs of rock rather than the plush sanctuaries one hopes for. This made it challenging to find a restful position at night, and the pillows were disappointingly thin, adding to my discomfort. Very convenient location. Very friendly staff. Loved the old look and charm to the exterior. Our room was plenty big enough and very clean. Walls are a bit thin so keep voices and TV down when staying. The room next to you can hear. And if sitting outside in front of your room, also be quiet. We had folks next to us outside talking til well past midnight. If it weren't for that, I'd 5 star for sure. Easy walk to dinner and breakfast options. Easy walk to Hershey Story museum.

Very clean and gives you that home feeling with separate rooms. Love the old fashion look. Very quiet and peaceful. Friendly staff with a nice above pool for a swim and very close (5 minutes) from Hershey park. Price was very fair and family own business! Highly recommended.
